Q:What plan should I choose

A: It depends on your goals. If you are keen to melt fat then Burn would be the best plan. If you are already happy with your weight and body composition but would like to eat well and give yourself more vitality Energise would work well. If you are training or working on building muscle the surplus offered by the Build plan will help you to reach your goals.

Q: Hmmm seems expensive..

Say good bye to the weekly shop, or running to the shops for a boring ham sandwich at lunch time. All our ingredients are top notch, plus you’ll save time and head space not having to worry about making and balancing your meals. All our meals contain carefully moderated amounts of protein, fat and carbohydrate. They are also prepared by an experience Executive Head Chef, who is fastidious about flavour and presentation. In fact, if you’re on the Gold plan all you will have to buy is water, which is free (almost).

Q: I have allergies/dietary requirements can you accommodate me?

A: We currently offer vegetarian and gluten free meals, please make note of this in the dietary requirement box when you make your meal choices. We work hard against cross contamination, but some ingredients may contain trace elements, which is out of our control. For allergies please get in touch or see our allergen information here.

Q: Where do you deliver?

A:We deliver to all of the UK

Q: When does my food arrive?

A: Deliveries are made on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings or Thursday Mornings. You will receive specific information once you have made your order. You can have the order delivered to your home or place of work.

Q: What if I am not in?

A: If you are not in to take the delivery the parcel will be left in a safe place. The courier company cannot take it away with them. You can tell the courier company directly where you would like the package left when you receive your delivery information.

Q: I’m on the Burn Plan, Gold Package. Can I have 15 salmon and dill egg omelettes?

A: Sure… You can have more of your favourites or have a different meal for every day of the week. You will be taken through to a form to make your choices once you have selected your plan and package.

Q: I don’t like mushrooms..

A: No problem. Let us know your preferences in the dietary requirements box. We will try our best to accommodate you.

Q: Can I cancel or press pause?

A: Yes, just get in touch and we will help where we can.
